Psychological & Neuropsychological Assessment
Dr. Jimmy P. Sethna provides comprehensive psychological and neuropsychological evaluations for individuals ages 13 and older.
Evaluations can help clarify concerns involving memory, attention, concentration, learning, cognitive functioning, and emotional or psychological health. Assessments may also help identify conditions such as ADHD, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, OCD, schizophrenia, personality disorders, and neurocognitive disorders.
The Goal of an Evaluation
The goal of an evaluation is not simply to provide a diagnosis, but to better understand what is happening, why it may be happening, and what can be done about it.
Psychotherapy
Dr. Jimmy P. Sethna provides psychotherapy primarily to adults experiencing concerns such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, PTSD, ADHD, and OCD.
His approach is integrative and individualized, with an emphasis on understanding the experiences and patterns that may be contributing to a person’s current difficulties.
Psychiatric Care
Dr. Jerri P. Sethna, M.D., and Taylor Sethna, PMHNP-BC, AGPCNP-C provide psychiatric care to individuals ages 12 and older.
Psychiatric services may include comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, medication management, medication education, and consideration of therapeutic and non-pharmacologic interventions.
Our providers have experience treating depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADHD, schizophrenia, PTSD, psychosis, and other mood and psychiatric disorders.
Individualized Care
We believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach to mental health care. Every person has a unique history, experiences, strengths, and needs.
Our goal is to understand the whole person, provide thoughtful and individualized care, and work with each patient to determine the approach that best fits their needs.
